Hippie Whip® is small-batch skincare, and we care just as much about how it arrives as we do about how it leaves our hands.
We now fulfill orders from both Canada and the United States, allowing us to serve our Canadian and U.S. customers more efficiently, keep shipping costs reasonable, and get your ritual to you without unnecessary cross-border travel whenever possible.
when we ship
We ship orders Monday through Thursday.
Because all of our products are made with zero preservatives or synthetics, and only natural butters, oils and tallow, temperature matters. We avoid sending heat-sensitive orders into unnecessary weekend holds whenever possible to help preserve the texture and integrity of your products.
During warmer weather, we may also adjust a shipment date when we believe waiting will give your order a safer journey.
carriers + delivery times
Depending on where your order is being fulfilled, we ship with trusted carriers including FedEx, USPS, Canada Post and Purolator.
The carrier shown on your final shipment may differ depending on your destination. We select the appropriate available carrier/service that best matches the shipping speed and price level you selected at checkout, while considering transit time and the protection of your products.
Delivery estimates are estimates and begin once your order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, customs and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
warm-weather shipping
Tallow skincare is naturally temperature sensitive. During warmer months, thermal packaging and cold-pack protection may be available to help protect your order during transit.
A softened or partially melted whip does not necessarily mean the product has been damaged. Temperature changes can affect its whipped texture without changing the nature of the ingredients.
We take reasonable care when packing and scheduling heat-sensitive shipments, but once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, transit and storage conditions are outside of our control.

Please make sure your name, street address, unit/apartment number, postal/ZIP code and other delivery information are complete and correct before submitting your order.
Hippie Whip® is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned or lost as a result of an incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to correct it. Once an order has entered the carrier network, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.
tracking your ritual
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.
Tracking may take a little time to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. Once the carrier has possession of your package, delivery scans and estimated arrival dates are managed by the carrier.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check around your property, with other household members or neighbours, and with the carrier first.
Please contact us if you're still unable to locate it and we'll help however we reasonably can, including providing information that may assist with a carrier claim.
international + cross-border orders
With fulfillment now available in both Canada and the U.S., most Canadian and American orders can be shipped domestically whenever inventory and fulfillment location allow.
If an order does need to cross a border, the recipient may be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We're not a warehouse full of mass-produced skincare. Hippie Whip® is made in small batches and handled by real humans.
We do everything we reasonably can to get your order to you quickly — but we'll always choose protecting the integrity of your products over sending a heat-sensitive package into a warehouse for the weekend.

return policy
we want you to love your ritual.
Every Hippie Whip® product is made in small batches and carefully packed before it makes its way to you.
Because our products are personal-use skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
That said, if something genuinely isn't right with your order, we want to know.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our end.

We're human, and although we take a lot of care packing every order, mistakes can happen.
If you received the wrong product, an item is missing, or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products you received.
We'll review it and work with you to make it right.

a note about melting + texture
Hippie Whip® is intentionally different from conventional skincare.
Our whips are made with tallow, natural butters and skin-loving oils, with no synthetic stabilizers or preservatives added simply to keep them firm in every temperature. Because of that, they naturally respond to the environment around them.
In warmer temperatures, your whip may soften, settle or occasionally melt during transit. In cooler temperatures, it may become firmer. These changes are normal for a product made this way and do not necessarily mean anything is wrong with your whip.
Think of it a little like butter — warmth changes the texture, and cooler temperatures firm it back up.
We take extra care to protect your order by shipping heat-sensitive products Monday through Thursday, avoiding unnecessary weekend holds, and offering thermal packaging + cold packs during warmer weather.
Because we choose not to formulate our whips with synthetic ingredients simply to make them temperature-proof, minor softening, settling or melting during transit is not considered product damage and is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your order arrives in a condition that genuinely concerns you, though, please send us a photo. We're real people behind this brand, and we always want to see what happened and help where we can. ♡
